You’re an ambitious, highly successful marketing leader with significant experience in FMCG, ideally in personal care brand marketing. You thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, collaborating confidently with senior executives and matrixed European teams. Your leadership style empowers, engages, and delivers results, and you’re ready to drive Edgewell’s business growth in CEE. We are looking for an experienced professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

As Head of Marketing CEE, you’ll play a critical role in building Edgewell’s business across Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll develop and execute high‑impact local brand strategies for a broad range of iconic personal care brands, ensuring excellence in execution aligned with European priorities. You’ll contribute to the CEE Market’s strategic direction, driving sales and profit growth, and leading positive transformation. You’ll report to the General Manager CE and will manage a team consisting of Brand Managers, Shopper Marketing Manager & Category Development Manager.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and deliver CEE marketing strategy and business plans in collaboration with the CEE Leadership Team.
  • Launch NPD, drive core brands, and build brand awareness.
  • Develop local product strategies, including pricing and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and make recommendations to the European Leadership Team.
  • Use consumer and shopper insights to recommend and implement marketing strategies.
  • Define and manage A&P budgets, media plans, and spending mix.
  • Adapt centrally developed ATL/TTL/BTL assets for local markets.
  • Manage marketing budget, financial implications, and forecasts.
  • Influence media promotions in line with retailer strategy.
  • Lead category development and market research agenda.
  • Create and manage local marketing activities (PR, digital, social, promotions).
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor strategies, providing recommendations.
  • Collaborate strongly with Sales and Commercial Strategy teams.
  • Present annual brand plans and deliver promotional programmes across all key customers, channels, and markets.
  • Adapt Hub/Global support materials to local needs.
  • Manage display strategies and co‑packing agreements.
  • Prioritise activities by geography and segment across CEE.
  • Develop and coach the marketing team, recruiting and motivating talent.
  • Deliver Strategic Growth Opportunity Plan, Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Forecast, and contribute to CE StratPlan development.

We’re looking for an someone with significant Marketing experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Cosmetics business. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Qualifications
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, flexible, and self‑motivated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence decisions and build strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to analyse data, report, and make recommendations.
  • Experience developing brand strategies that grow brands and enhance customer relationships.
  • Track record of excellence in ATL, TTL, and BTL marketing disciplines.
  • Strategic and commercially minded, able to develop and recommend winning market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of CEE markets and commercial acumen.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Significant Marketing experience within FMCG, preferably personal care.
  • Shopper/customer/trade marketing or sales experience is an asset.
  • Team Management experience leading and coaching teams is a must have.
  • Professional Capability in both English & Polish are required.
