TD SYNNEX is seeking a Head of IT to own business-IT engagement, service delivery, and the IT budget across 13 NORDEAST countries. This role reports to regional leadership and coordinates with global IT Delivery, Infrastructure and Security teams.

Focus areas include AI adoption, automation, and ensuring SLAs are met. The position involves regional project portfolio management, budget oversight, and cross-country collaboration, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Warsaw

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS or equivalent.
• 3–5 years IT experience, including 2 years in business-facing roles across multiple countries.
• Experience managing IT projects, budgets and vendors.

The role is the single IT point of contact for the region. It brings global IT strategy, standards and projects into the countries, and brings regional demand, issues and priorities back into global IT Delivery, Infrastructure and Security teams.
