Job summary

Cycle is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to own end-to-end processes from purchasing to delivery across Europe. You will manage assembly and refurbishment partners, own BOMs, and drive ERP/warehouse systems with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Finance and Tech.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain, strong leadership, and English at C1+. You will shape scalable processes and lead a growing team in a dynamic mobility startup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in supply chain/operations, with leadership exposure.
• Experience directing a team of 3+ in a supply chain or ops function.
• Proven track record building structure, processes and systems in growing companies.
• Ability to operate in scrappy, fast-moving environments while delivering results.
• Strong financial awareness: working capital, costs, and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain: purchasing, warehousing, stock, outbound logistics across Europe.
• Oversee assembly & refurbishment partners, BOM management for built and refurbished bikes.
• Own ERP and warehouse management system, from data models to daily execution.
• Design and implement scalable processes, controls and physical setup for growth.
• Guide financials around transfer pricing and landed costs with Finance.
• Drive agenda across Hardware, Finance and Tech teams to align priorities.
• Partner with Local and Country Operations and Sales teams to support growth.
• Build and grow a scalable supply chain organization across markets.
