Job summary

Pepco is seeking a Head of Category Management for General Merchandise (GM: pets, sports, tourism, electronics). You will shape the product offer across 19 European markets, define category strategy, build assortments, and influence customer choices daily.

Lead the end-to-end product offer development with Buying, Design, and Garment Technology teams, manage supplier partnerships, and drive costs and profitability while nurturing a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Category Management or Buying with senior leadership responsibility for GM categories.
