Job summary

Siemens Energy is creating a dedicated Function Controlling unit within Transformation of Industry. You will define the operating model, cost center and manpower steering logic, and build the team that runs them.

You will join with experienced colleagues and shape a new corporate FP&A setup as the function evolves toward a standalone company with significant scope and complexity. The role offers exposure to strategic finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Extensive FP&A, budgeting, and corporate finance experience in international setting.
• Proven leadership in building and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Build the Function Controlling discipline and operating model.
• Lead financial performance management of cost centers monthly, forecasts, and budgets.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to IT, HR, Communications, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, and Finance.
• Establish standalone function cost transparency including separation effects.
• Design standardized and automated controlling processes and dashboards with real-time visibility.
