Job summary

Focal Systems is seeking a Data/Reporting Team Lead to own the metrics powering its retail AI platform. This 100% remote role is based in Poland, with a senior team and end-to-end ownership of data pipelines and reporting.

You will ensure data quality and build scalable analytics that drive business impact. You will lead a small data team, collaborate with backend, analytics, and customer-facing groups, and shape reporting and data structures for global customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and owning production data systems.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with performance focus.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and DBT.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior data/reporting team and stay hands-on in the pipeline.
• Own accuracy of customer-facing reporting, imports, and dashboards.
• Build and lead the data platform and enable efficient data delivery.
