Invisalign Clinical Specialist (Ortodonta/tka lub Stomatolog/żka)

Description

Joining the team as a Clinical Specialist offers the opportunity to combine academic knowledge with practical experience in digital treatment planning for doctors using the Invisalign system.

Working in this environment allows for the structured support in development of treatment plans through the use of modern tools, business metrics, and Align’s proven clinical procedures.

The scope of collaboration includes supporting all internal departments and engaging with external clients across the EMEA region, as well as on a global level.

Training

During the initial employment period, a comprehensive 3–6 month training program is provided, enabling full familiarity with the proprietary digital treatment design software and all related procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CAD Designers, earning their respect through clinical expertise
• Solve complex clinical challenges and enhance the customer experience
• Deliver and design trainings for internal teams and Invisalign Providers
• Collaborate through a clinical quality department with other departments directly affecting manufacturing and doctors’ perception of product quality
• Contribute ideas that directly impact clinical excellence and patient outcomes

What we’re looking for

• A qualified Dentist or Orthodontist passionate about clinical leadership
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Fluent Polish skills, both written and spoken, and excellent command of English
• Confident in communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and ready to influence change globally
• Eager to use or master Align’s proprietary treatment planning software

Additional Information

This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.

Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10 % of the annual base salary.

The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
