A leading medical technology company is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Poland to combine clinical expertise with digital treatment planning. The candidate should be a qualified Dentist or Orthodontist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include mentoring CAD Designers, solving clinical challenges, and training internal teams. The role necessitates fluent Polish and excellent English communication skills. Joining the team as a Clinical Specialist offers the opportunity to combine academic knowledge with practical experience in digital treatment planning for doctors using the Invisalign system.
Working in this environment allows for the structured support in development of treatment plans through the use of modern tools, business metrics, and Align’s proven clinical procedures.
The scope of collaboration includes supporting all internal departments and engaging with external clients across the EMEA region, as well as on a global level.
During the initial employment period, a comprehensive 3–6 month training program is provided, enabling full familiarity with the proprietary digital treatment design software and all related procedures and processes.
This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.
Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10 % of the annual base salary.
The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
