Job Description

Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced Automation Consultant to be part of our Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure (HCI) cluster, within the Infrastructure Services Division. The successful candidate will design and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud environments, IT infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy automation solutions across various platforms, focusing on cloud environments and IT infrastructure.
  • Process Automation: Automate business processes and IT operations to enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Integration Services: Design and implement integration solutions between monitoring platforms and ITSM tools.
  • Project Management: Oversee automation projects from concept through completion, ensuring they meet all technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members and clients on new automation tools and practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve automation strategies to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in automation, with demonstrated success in automating cloud and IT operations.
  • Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with ITSM integration (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle complex automation challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with English proficiency.
  • Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
Certifications
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
