Qualifications
- Proven hands-on Engineering Manager with strong people leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience managing engineering teams in a product-driven environment.
- Able to inspire, motivate and align teams toward common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, proactive and diplomatic skills.
- Deep understanding of agile practices and challenges.
