GlobalLogic Automotive in Kraków seeks a hands-on Vehicle Test Engineer to join our team. You will test real development vehicles, validate software releases, and evaluate features under real-world and controlled test conditions.

Qualifications

• Polish Category B driving license and a confident driving record.
• Hands-on automotive experience with vehicles, ECUs and diagnostics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and vehicle-level testing.
• Ability to work independently and with engineering teams.
• Willingness to work hands-on in test vehicles, workshops and proving grounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end manual functional, exploratory, and regression testing on physical test vehicles and proving grounds.
• Validate new software releases and feature updates under real-world and controlled driving conditions.
• Evaluate feature performance, user experience, and vehicle behavior against specifications.
• Reproduce issues and perform structured troubleshooting during vehicle and track tests.
• Provide clear and detailed feedback to development and engineering teams.
• Prepare test vehicles and rigs by flashing, updating, and verifying HW/SW baselines.
