Job summary

Danfoss GmbH is seeking a GTM (SAP GTS) Business Consultant to shape and optimize global trade operations. You will design and improve SAP GTS solutions, enabling compliant, scalable business processes across the world.

You will apply expertise in SAP GTS, E4H, and S/4HANA integrations to support global teams, drive digital transformation, and partner with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics and IT to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, IT, Trade) or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years hands-on SAP GTS experience incl. implementation, support and delivery.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end SAP GTS project and migration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS E4H, S/4HANA integrations, and international trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GTS implementation, enhancement, migration and rollout projects.
• Enhance global trade processes: Export Control, Import Compliance, Product Classification, etc.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to run workshops and bridge business needs with IT design.

As a GTM (SAP GTS) Business Consultant, you will help shape the future of Danfoss’ global trade operations by designing and improving SAP GTS solutions that enable compliant, efficient, and scalable business processes across the world.

In this role, you will combine your expertise in SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H), international trade compliance, and business process optimization to support global teams and drive digital transformation. Your work will directly influence how goods move across borders, helping Danfoss navigate complex regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.

You will join a collaborative international environment where you can partner with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT experts while contributing to the long-term vision for Global Trade Management and SAP S/4HANA integration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of SAP GTS implementation, enhancement, migration, and rollout projects, turning business needs into scalable and compliant solutions that support global operations.
• Enhance and optimize key global trade processes, including Export Control, Import Compliance, Product Classification, Sanctioned Party Screening, Customs Declarations, Customs Special Procedures, including Free Trade Zones and Bonded Warehouses Intrastat Reporting, License Management, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
• Partner with global stakeholders to facilitate workshops, provide expert guidance, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution design.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation, strengthen compliance, and leverage new SAP GTS capabilities and innovations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4- 6+ years of hands-on SAP GTS experience, including implementation, support, and solution delivery activities.
• Proven experience in the participation of at least one end-to-end SAP GTS implementation project and supporting SAP GTS transformation or migration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GTS Edition for HANA (E4H), SAP S/4HANA integrations, and international trade compliance processes.
• Expertise in areas such as Export Control, Customs Management, Customs Special Procedures, including Free Trade Zones and Bonded Warehouses, Product Classification, Trade Preference Management, and Trade Compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
