Techland in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Monetization Manager to drive daily events, live ops, and monetization strategies across our games. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Host teams, analyze KPIs, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a gaming company in a monetization-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Monetization and LiveOps and pricing strategies.
• Excellent analytical abilities with data-driven problem solving.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute daily events and promotions to grow key KPIs.
• Evaluate event performance, optimize monetization content and economy.
• Oversee daily promotional operations to maximize monetization.
• Collaborate with design and product teams on monthly events across platforms.
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership with insights.
• Partner with game designers to develop features and live experiences.
• Own monetization KPIs and drive business growth.
