Revolut Ltd in Kraków is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead regional campaigns in the CEE, shaping audience strategy and messaging for the brand across channels. You will partner with regional leaders and global marketing to ensure campaigns resonate and perform. The role centers on data-driven growth, creative storytelling, and driving commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one Eastern European language.
• 5+ years of creative experience in B2C marketing in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading regional marketing for a global brand.
• Knowledge of fintech/payments markets.
• Strong ability to develop stories and content to drive conversion.
• Experience setting strategic direction and managing cross-functional campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills to derive insights for campaigns and product development.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs by understanding behaviour and how features work globally to craft data-driven stories and content.
• Own development of audience strategy, messaging, and communication plans for GTM campaigns.
• Plan research to uncover customer insights and inform product/marketing roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build market-leading campaign calendars from acquisition to retention.
• Maintain tone of voice and style guides for the CEE, aligning campaigns with local nuances.
• Deliver campaigns with a bias for growth and measurable impact.
