You will lead a small marketing team and work with stakeholders to accelerate brand visibility, product marketing, and B2B communications across international markets.

The role combines strategic planning with day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating with external vendors and partners. Strong English and analytics are essential.

• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, and web analytics.
• Ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies and plans.
• Experience coordinating teams, projects, and external vendors.
• Experience developing product marketing and B2B sales materials.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Very good command of English for international collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy, including objectives, priorities, timelines, and budget ownership.
• Managing the existing marketing team and expanding the function to 4-5 people.
• Increasing brand and product visibility across digital channels (SEO, website, social media, content).
• Monitoring marketing performance, analyzing data, presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinating communications around new game launches and product initiatives.
• Creating product marketing and sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, partner toolkits, newsletters, case studies).
• Managing cooperation with external agencies and freelancers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with CEO, Management Board, iGaming, land-based, product, and sales teams and external partners.
• Testing new channels to improve campaign effectiveness and business results.
