Swisspearl Polska Sp. z o.o. poszukuje Eksperta ds. Data Governance i jakości danych, który będzie właścicielem danych w wybranych domenach biznesowych.

Do zadań należeć będzie definiowanie standardów danych, prowadzenie inicjatyw poprawy jakości i koordynacja procesów czyszczenia danych. Idealny kandydat będzie współpracował z interesariuszami, specjalistami ds. danych i zespołami IT, a także wspierał analitykę i projekty AI poprzez solidną architekturę danych.

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu danymi i jakości danych
• Znajomość Master Data Management i zasad governance
• Doświadczenie w ERP (D365/SAP) i projektowaniu procesów
• Umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych na rozwiązania
• Silne analityczne myślenie i rozwiązywanie problemów
• Wysokie kompetencje w zakresie komunikacji i interesariuszy
• Umiejętność wprowadzania zmian w środowisku międzynarodowym
• Proaktywność, struktura i orientacja na rozwiązania
• Płynna angielska (C1) z prowadzeniemspotkań międzynarodowych i warsztatów

Responsibilities

• Nadzór nad Data Governance i Master Data Quality w wyznaczonych domenach biznesowych
• Definiowanie i utrzymywanie standardów danych, reguł biznesowych i zasad zarządzania
• Kierowanie inicjatywami poprawy jakości danych i koordynacja czyszczenia danych
• Ocena i priorytetyzacja próśb dotyczących ulepszeń danych i szablonów
• Współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi, specjalistami ds. danych i zespołami IT
• Wsparcie raportowania, analiz i inicjatyw AI poprzez wiarygodne struktury danych
• Promowanie własności danych i najlepszych praktyk zarządzania w organizacji
• Zapewnienie zgodności z normami i ramami zarządzania na całym koncernie
• Prowadzenie i rozwijanie zespołu Specjalistów Danych
• Szkolenie organizacji w zakresie standardów danych i polityk governance

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• Experience in data governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality or a related field


• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data processes


• Experience working with ERP systems (D365/SAP) and business process design


• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to drive change in an international environment


• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset


• Fluent English (C1) is required, including the ability to lead international meetings, facilitate workshops, present recommendations and influence stakeholders

Zakres obowiązków:

• Own Data Governance and Master Data Quality within your business domain


• Define and maintain data standards, business rules and governance principles


• Drive data quality improvements and coordinate data cleansing initiatives


• Evaluate and prioritize data and template enhancement requests


• Partner with business stakeholders, Data Specialists, Super Users and IT teams


• Support reporting, analytics and AI-related initiatives through reliable data structures


• Promote data ownership and governance best practices across the organization


• Ensure compliance with group-wide standards and governance frameworks


• Lead and develop a team of Data Specialists


• Train the organization on standards, governance policies and best practices
