Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków seeks a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to support product documentation, e-commerce, and marketing with strong image retouching and visual asset enhancement. This fixed-term contract runs 18 months in a hybrid setup (80% office, 20% remote) at our Kraków office.

You will collaborate with product, R&D, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality visuals across print and digital channels, ensuring brand alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, image retouching, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong photo retouching, image manipulation, color management, and asset prep.
• Experience creating assets for e-commerce, product docs, and marketing.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects for video/motion graphics.
• Solid typography, layout, color theory, and visual comms understanding.
• Experience preparing assets for print and digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Collaborative, proactive, and open-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Retouch, enhance, and optimize product images for e-commerce, marketing, docs, and digital platforms.
• Perform advanced image editing, color correction, compositing, masking, and enhancements while preserving brand accuracy.
• Create and update visual assets for product documentation, including manuals, guides, diagrams.
• Design marketing and POS materials: brochures, leaflets, promotional graphics, digital assets.
• Support Rich Media assets: animations, video content, banners, and digital ads.
• Assist 3D visuals by preparing assets, reviewing renders, and refining final artwork.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines and specs.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, marketing, and creative teams to meet deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve design processes and standards.
