Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with an organization to recruit a Grants Associate based in Poland. You will manage end-to-end grant processes, perform due diligence, and maintain records to ensure compliance and timely funding.

You will collaborate with grant evaluators, recipients, and internal teams to streamline workflows, monitor progress, and scale grantmaking operations as activities grow. This role supports a fully remote environment with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer grants through a grants management system, ensuring applications and funding rounds progress efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for grant recipients, resolving inquiries and providing a positive experience throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Conduct due diligence on grant recipients to verify compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Review grantee reports to ensure they meet legal, reporting, and organizational requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate grant records and data integrity across funding activities.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting activities to track grant progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with evaluators and stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve grantmaking effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to refine and scale systems and procedures as grantmaking grows.
