Job summary

SymphonyAI is seeking an Integration Consultant to manage the integration and master-data workstream for a tier-1 Nordic grocery account on Symphony GOLD. You will own API integrations (Kafka events) and GOLD master-data operations, onboarding through a structured KT plan with target autonomy by Q4 2026.

The role enables the delivery pipeline by freeing senior resources for new programs and requires fluent English and CET-overlapping hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of integration-focused engineering in retail or SCM platforms.
• Hands-on with Symphony GOLD or similar SCM solutions and GOLD GMD knowledge.
• API integration skills including Kafka-based event streams.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL and interface troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven ability to take over a running workstream with KT and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and extend the account's API integration landscape, including Kafka-based event integration.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents across interfaces and batch layers.
• Own in-depth GOLD V6 master-data module operations and data flows.
• Complete structured knowledge transfer and ramp-up within the agreed window.
