Job summary

Dabster is seeking a highly skilled Golang Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems in a cloud-native, microservices-based environment. You will own RESTful APIs, containerized services, and deployments on Kubernetes/OpenShift, working with architecture and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities include designing APIs, building microservices, integrating Kafka, and implementing secure auth and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Proficient in Golang backend development with experience in building RESTful services.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and patterns.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Experience with Kafka or similar Pub/Sub systems.
Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 and SSO.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
Ability to design efficient data models and optimize queries.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Golang.
Build and maintain enterprise-grade microservices architectures.
Develop and manage event-driven applications using Kafka or similar Pub/Sub systems.
Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, SSO).
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
Design, integrate, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed and production environments.
