Job summary

Responsibilities

Задачи:

• Developing and maintaining microservices in Go
• Automating deployments, managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Developing and enhancing monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (Observability)
• Working with databases, including query optimization and schema design
• Integrating with third-party services and systems
• Writing and optimizing concurrent code
• Participating in architectural planning and system design
• Delivering tasks on schedule while maintaining high quality standards
• Introducing modern tools and best practices to improve development workflows

Требования:

• 3+ years of commercial development experience with Go
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes: experience developing K8s Operators / CRDs in Go (kubebuilder/operator-sdk), as well as supporting and tuning scalable clusters (Large Scale / High Load)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Yandex Cloud) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible)
• Strong proficiency in GitOps practices and delivery tools (Helm, ArgoCD / FluxCD)
• Experience configuring Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK/OpenSearch)
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Ability to write efficient, thread-safe, and secure concurrent code
• Experience working with client-server architecture (REST, gRPC, WebSocket) and understanding inter-component communication principles
• Solid knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
• Willingness to explore new technologies and methodologies, applying them to client challenges
• Accountability and ownership of work results
• Spoken English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
• Будет плюсом: Development experience with other programming languages (Java, Python, C#, C++, Rust); Practical experience in DevOps, SRE, or Security roles; Deep understanding of K8s API, CNI (Cilium/Calico), Ingress/Service Mesh, and autoscaling mechanisms (HPA/Karpenter); Understanding of System Design principles; Desire to mentor and guide colleagues
