Job summary

Mars is seeking a Workday Integrations leader within Digital Technologies to design, deliver and optimize integration solutions across HR and finance. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and the Mars Global Services organization to enable data integrity and productivity through scalable, automated Workday capabilities.

As a senior DT member, you will set global standards, guide architecture, and drive IT capabilities aligned with HR and segment strategies.

Qualifications

• Masters/Engineering degree in IT, Business or HR
• 5–8 years' experience in HR with Workday Integration leadership
• Solutions Architecture and Applications portfolio management
• Global line management and HR Operations/Managed Services experience
• Budget Management and Project Management for large global projects
• Stakeholder Relationship Management with functional experts and application owners
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work with third-party consultants

Responsibilities

• Shape the Integration Strategy and Architecture for HR, including scalable processes and automation
• Define and apply global technology standards and drive common integration solutions
• Support data integrity, operational efficiency and service excellence across segments
• Collaborate with Functional/Technical Experts and Business Partnership Managers to create IT capabilities
• Identify opportunities to deploy global capabilities and digital experiences via integration projects
• Reduce portfolio complexity and TCO across global/local apps
• Lead a global team to design, develop, test and deploy integrations
