Job summary

Elanco in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to manage daily HRIS operations (Workday) for EMEA/APAC/US regions. You will provide Tier 2 support, troubleshoot, implement changes, and collaborate with HR functions to optimize processes.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in HR or Shared Services, Workday experience, and fluent English. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, an international environment, and opportunities to drive HR process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or Shared Services in an international environment.
• Workday experience required.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 Workday support and resolve HRIS issues.
• Assist system change implementations, configurations, security, and data loads.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Monitor Workday integrations and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead knowledge sharing with HR teams and Drive process improvements.
