Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company in Wroclaw, seeking a Global Warehousing Excellence Leader. The role reports to the Global Warehousing Director and drives world‑class warehousing standards across all sites, focusing on people, processes and systems to maximise productivity and reduce losses.

You will deploy BD Excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods, setting up analytical capabilities, dashboards, and KPI monitoring to benchmark performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, including global role.
• Appetite to learn and deploy expertise in warehouse operations, WMS, and productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and reducing losses.
• Capability to influence without authority.
• Strategic thinker, results‑oriented, collaborative leader, and change agent.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a global warehousing operating model focused on standardisation and scalability.
• Deploy Lean, Six Sigma to drive efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor warehouse performance.
• Optimize layout, material flow, and automation to increase output per resource.
• Lead root-cause analysis to reduce losses and improve accountability.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
