Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Warszawa is seeking a skilled Trade Analyst to support our growing hardware division in import/export operations across EMEA. You will prepare and review shipping documents and liaise with Logistics and Customs partners to ensure timely clearances.

The role requires 3–5 years in tactical trade operations, knowledge of IATA/IMDG/ADR, and strong data accuracy. Fluency in English plus another EU language is preferred, with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage trade

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in tactical trade operations, preferably in electronics/high tech
• Knowledge of EMEA customs import/export procedures and documentation requirements including IATA/IMDG/ADR declarations, HS Classification, Country of Origin, ECCNs
• Strong attention to detail and robust data handling/reporting skills
• Multi-lingual ability (English + another EU language preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support import and export transactions for electronic products across EMEA
• Prepare and review shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, DG declarations, Master Data Sheet
• Liaise with internal and external Logistics, Fulfillment, Trade and Customs partners across key European countries for timely customs clearances and export declarations
• Maintain and update Trade data for audits on Forced Labor, CBAM, WEEE, Batteries, Packaging Waste, REACH and other directives
