• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s architecture, objectives, and system configuration.
• Provide proactive guidance, monitoring, and technical consultations to ensure platform stability.
• Support long‑term customer success by maximizing value from Creatio’s platform.
