Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Poland is seeking a Supervising Associate to join the Technology Procurement team. You will manage contracts, lead negotiations, and build relationships with EY teams and suppliers across the globe in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, risk management, and delivering value while aligning with EY policy. Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in office, 3 days remote, in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating software licensing, cloud-based solutions and professional services.
• 4+ years in a sourcing/procurement role within a global, complex environment.
• Strong influencing and networking skills in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of contracts for programs and key suppliers.
• Pro-actively manage contract renewals and license renewals.
• Lead stakeholder onboarding of Technology Goods and Services end-to-end.
• Develop and implement a technology category strategy aligned to global goals.
• Provide management information and savings reporting to stakeholders.
• Negotiate global and regional deals with risk-managed outcomes.
