Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to bridge divisional workforce planning with strategic hiring. You will partner with senior stakeholders, People Partners, and regional TA teams to deliver proactive talent solutions while maintaining governance and strong candidate experience.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with a focus on inclusive hiring and continuous improvement across multiple geographies, cultures, and teams within Rolls-Royce.

Formación

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition partnering within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Data literacy and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across cultures.
• Commercially aware with a strategic and consultative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary TA partner for the division or function; translate workforce plans into hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with Regional TA Lead, RPO, and CoE to align delivery and employer branding.
• Design divisional recruitment campaigns and drive inclusive hiring experiences.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, trends, and future workforce needs.
