Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Supply Chain Launch Manager-Orthopaedics for locations in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Raynham, MA or Warsaw, IN. Remote work options may be considered case-by-case.

The role drives supply chain readiness, develops optimized strategies, and leads cross-functional teams to enable successful NPD launches and lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in manufacturing or healthcare supply chains, strong project management, data analytics and Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, or R&D in a Healthcare Industry.
• Project Management experience and ability to implement processes for new or existing products and technologies.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills suitable for a matrix organization.
• Experience with data analytics and cross-functional collaboration across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supply chain lead on large global NPD programs or lifecycle programs.
• Design value chains for new products to align with business strategies.
• Provide program management capabilities to drive end-to-end value with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure readiness processes with strong functional accountability and clear communications.
• Build and mentor multi-functional teams and manage resources.
