Job summary

Dyson Institute seeks an experienced IT project leader to drive end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain and Manufacturing technology initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects meet scope, schedule and budget targets.

You will report to the Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain Systems, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP expertise to enable global operations and transformational change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in global environments.
• Strong background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement or Planning systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors and third-party delivery partners.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology delivery, integrations and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain Systems projects and programmes.
• Scope of Delivery: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Architecture, Engineering and external partners.
• Drive technology initiatives across supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
• Establish effective governance, reporting and executive communications.
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions into operational support.
