RTX is seeking an International Supplier Assurance Engineer to manage quality interfaces with Raytheon’s international suppliers. The role includes supplier assessments, first article inspection verification, source inspection and continuous improvement activities to drive performance.

The on-site position is located in Warsaw, Poland with up to 75% travel within Poland to support three cities. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years experience.
• Experience with Supplier Quality Management and developing products to Raytheon/customer requirements.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO-9000 family quality standards and military/defense specs.
• Polish and English fluent (spoken and written).

• Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in developing robust processes.
• Ensure flow down of requirements to internal and sub-tier suppliers.
• Assess supplier quality capabilities across the product life cycle.
• Identify and correct systemic performance issues.
• Implement Root Cause Corrective Action.
• Collaborate with supplier, cross-business teams and customers.
• Deploy Supplier Quality Management techniques and manage supplier audits.
