The role partners with suppliers and stakeholders across the US and Europe to meet service, quality, delivery and cost objectives, while supporting growth and operational excellence in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management within global supply chains.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent Polish and English communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against metrics to ensure quality and service levels.
• Build collaborative relationships with key suppliers to drive growth.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing aligned with goals.
• Prepare executive-level reviews on supplier performance and strategy.
• Coordinate with US and other regions to support objectives.
