Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in clinical practice, health care, life sciences or drug development.
• Experience in clinical trials and site engagement preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Takeda study teams, sites and CROs to optimize trial delivery.
• Lead feasibility, site selection, and start-up activities for assigned regions.
• Support recruitment strategies and mitigate barriers to ensure timely enrollment.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, ICH-GCP and study conduct from Feasibility through CSR.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with investigators and site personnel.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in clinical practice/health care, life sciences or drug development
