Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an experienced Global Study Lead to join our FSP, embedded with GSK's Global Clinical Study Delivery. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end delivery of global studies, ensuring timelines, quality and budget are met.

The role includes managing Managed Access Programs (MAPs) and supporting PACT/PTA where applicable, with a focus on oncology studies and cross-functional global teams across the UK/EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Significant clinical research and development experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO environments.
• Proven experience operating at Global Study Lead / Senior Clinical Trial Manager level or equivalent.
• Strong experience leading MAPs within UK/EMEA preferred.
• Extensive experience managing global studies/programmes and delivering on timelines, budgets and quality.
• Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end delivery of studies/programmes from initiation to completion.
• Lead Managed Access Programs ensuring effective delivery across UK/EMEA.
• Oversee PACT/PTA programmes where applicable.
• Represent Clinical Operations in Study Leadership Team decisions.
• Develop operational plans, manage budgets and governance.
• Ensure risk management and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain study documentation and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee CROs and vendors with governance and escalation as needed.
