Job summary

Bunge Warsaw is seeking an accomplished Procurement Leader to develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple global categories. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to drive cost savings and optimize supplier performance.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing with a focus on indirect procurement, preferably professional services, and fluency in English. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Experience managing indirect procurement categories, preferably professional services.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP or similar solutions.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies for Financial Services, Sustainability, Consulting Services, Insurance, Risk Management and Legal Services durch analyzing market trends and evaluating suppliers.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and track savings.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, leading contract negotiations to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance monitoring, and renewals.
• Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, cost analysis, benchmarking, and supplier improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and category risks to ensure business continuity.
• Work closely with Procurement, CoEs, and Operational Procurement teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management within an international environment.
• Experience managing indirect procurement categories, preferably professional services.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and business value.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, or similar solutions.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
