Job summary

Hayden Europe seeks a regulatory compliance professional to own global frameworks across the US, EU, and UK, leading certification strategy, audits, and approvals for electrical and mechanical standards. You will translate complex regulations into practical requirements and develop comprehensive technical files and audit processes.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain, plus international travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in product certification, engineered equipment, or manufacturing compliance.
• Practical knowledge of PED, ASME, pressure equipment, and certification systems.
• Experience working with certification bodies, auditors, or inspection agencies.
• Ability to turn complex standards into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
• UL certification, CE/UKCA, ISO 3834, ISO 9001, welding engineering, HVAC/heat exchangers, or data center cooling experience (Optional).
