Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Warsaw is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager for BPO and Managed Services to shape our global supplier strategy and drive value across multiple functions. This hybrid role partners with Finance, Digital Technologies, HR and Procurement to optimize costs and deliver strategic supplier relationships.

Lead the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, onboarding, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in BPO/Managed Services or strategic sourcing for indirect categories.
• Experience with IT, software, professional services or digital sourcing.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities for global BPO and Managed Services categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies delivering value, cost optimization, risk mitigation.
• Manage full procurement lifecycle: supplier selection, RFP/RFQ, contract negotiations and onboarding.
• Own and manage a portfolio of global supplier agreements with governance and compliance.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners to drive performance.
• Partner with Finance, Digital Technologies, HR and other functions to translate needs into sourcing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value creation within contracts.
• Support integration of sourcing activities related to acquisitions and new business initiatives.

Join Mars as a Global Sourcing Manager - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and play a key role in shaping our global supplier strategy across Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services categories. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Digital Technologies, P&O and other corporate functions to deliver value, drive innovation, optimize costs, and manage strategic supplier relationships. This is a global, individual contributor role offering significant exposure to senior leaders, strategic partners, and complex sourcing initiatives across a dynamic international environment.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead strategic sourcing activities for the global BPO and Managed Services category.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver business value, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding.
• Own and manage a portfolio of global supplier agreements, ensuring commercial value, compliance, and strong governance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners to drive performance and innovation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Digital Technologies, Human Resources, Procurement and other business functions to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value creation within existing contracts and supplier relationships.
• Support integration of sourcing activities related to acquisitions, organizational changes, and new business initiatives.
• Contribute to supplier relationship management (SRM), category planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, global and agile environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO),Managed Services, or other in strategic sourcing for Indirect Categories (specifically IT, Software, Professional Services, or Digital Sourcing).
• Strong procurement expertise across sourcing, contract management, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience in Category Management and/or Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex business environment.
• Experience collaborating within regional or global teams and managing relationships across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong vendor and supplier management experience, including engagement with strategic partners.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for value creation beyond transactional procurement.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
