Mars Global Service, located in Warsaw, is seeking an RTR Financial Controlling Lead to ensure reliable financial information across entities. Hybrid work.

You will lead closing, balance review, recon with BlackLine, support audits, and collaborate with external finance providers. Requires US GAAP, SAP, Excel, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Min 3-5 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• US GAAP knowledge including P&L, Balance Sheet, NCFO.

Job Description:

RTR Financial Controlling Lead (f/m/x)

As a RTR Financial Controlling Lead you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of reliable and timely financial information across legal entities within the business. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and visibility of financial statements, including the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and NCFO, through effective reporting and submission within corporate systems. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will help identify risks and opportunities, support informed decision-making, and drive financial excellence in a dynamic international environment.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Ensure periodic accounting closings are completed on time and in accordance with corporate deadlines, while coordinating activities and maintaining the quality of financial information.
• Lead the balance review process to provide visibility into financial performance and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate the account reconciliation process through the BlackLine tool.
• Support annual external audit activities and assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with legal requirements.
• Manage period-end account closing activities through various corporate financial systems.
• Prepare and monitor recurring accrued liabilities and manual journal entries.
• Prepare financial reports using various corporate systems and reporting tools.
• Serve as the key link between the business and the external finance service provider, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective collaboration across teams.

What are we looking for?

• Min 3-5 years of experience in accounting & finance

• University degree in Accounting or Finance field

• Advanced knowledge of Financial Accounting and reporting (US GAAP), including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Source and Use of Cash required
• End user experience with SAP, advanced Excel
• Experience with and comfort around higher management
• Strong people skills and be an agile thinker
• Track record in building effective teams and developing direct reports, especially with strong functional/technical requirements
• Fluent English
