Global Service Architect - Voicebot and Chatbot

Role Description

The Global Service Architect (GSA) for Digital Workplace (DWP) Voicebot and Chatbot is responsible for coordinating and leading research and development (R&D) projects focused on voicebot and chatbot technologies within the digital workplace ecosystem. The GSA will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize voicebot and chatbot solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of both DWP and conversational AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.

Experience
  • Architecting and implementing Digital Workplace solutions
  • Leading R&D projects related to voicebot and chatbot technologies
  • Hands‑on experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex
  • Integrating voicebots and chatbots with enterprise systems and applications
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing project timelines
  • User experience (UX) design for conversational interfaces
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, specifically deploying AI solutions
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) technologies
  • Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
