Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources provides system support for Altair EcoSystem (SAP) and other ERPs to prestigious Groupe brands. You’ll join a small, multi-country team handling problem-solving, service coordination and compliance across thousands of users.

Ideal candidates have SAP/Workfront experience, a finance background, and strong English/Polish communication. Hybrid options offered in Poland, with remote work possibilities.

Qualifications

• PPM/Workfront experience.
• SAP knowledge or exposure.
• Finance background relevant to system support.
• Experience supporting large user bases or agencies.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service-Now).
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PPM Lead with deploying PPM tools across users and country model.
• Analyze and resolve PPM/Workfront and SAP queries via tickets.
• Support agencies during user acceptance testing and training.
• Coordinate with offshore teams on unresolved tickets.
• Participate in regular issue-resolution meetings with multiple teams.
• Identify critical requirements and potential enhancements with key users.
• Set up new users and manage security in Publicis Altair (SAP) Eco-System.
• Support teams during mergers, new structures and projects.
