Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a Systems Support professional to manage Altair EcoSystem (SAP) and other ERPs for prestigious Groupe brands. You’ll focus on problem-solving, service coordination, client engagement and compliance across a multi-country user base.

You will join a small, multinational team and liaise with individuals at all levels to ensure effective system support and timely resolutions. Strong Finance background and SAP knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Workfront and PPM tools.
• SAP knowledge and finance background.
• Experience supporting a large number of users or agencies.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service-Now).
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PPM Lead on deploying the PPM tools across our user base and country model.
• Analyse and seek resolution for PPM tool (Workfront) and any financial or system queries via tickets in Service-Now.
• Support Agencies during user acceptance testing and training.
• Liaise with offshore teams regarding tickets not resolved locally.
• Coordinate with Agency, Core, Management and Offshore teams for regular issue resolution meetings.
• Engage key users to identify critical requirements including reporting and enhancements.
• Assist in setting up new users and maintaining security within Publicis Altair (SAP) ecosystem.
• Support teams during new company structures, mergers and acquisitions.
• Contribute to projects in the Groupe’s Application Program Strategy.

Overview

You will provide systems support for Altair EcoSystem, a bespoke SAP platform, along with other ERPs, to prestigious Groupe brands and their shared service centres. The main focus will be problem-solving, service coordination, client engagement, support compliance and assessment.

You will be working within a small team, spread across several countries, which supports thousands of users and numerous brands. You will need to liaise with any individuals / teams at all levels to ensure we deliver the necessary system support and resolution to the task at hand.

You will ideally be experienced in Business Operations and Profession Services Automation Processes e.g., ADOBE Workfront Product. This will include Project and Resource Management to connect our workforce across the platform. This product sits on the Publicis SAP financial engine so a good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. Excel and Word, with System Support / Service Desk experience and a strong finance background.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PPM Lead on deploying the PPM tools across our user base and country model
• Analysing and seeking resolution for PPM tool (Workfront) and any financial or system queries that users may have with Adobe Workfront or Altair (SAP) via queues in our ticketing system (Service-Now)
• Supporting the Agencies when performing user acceptance testing and training
• Liaise with offshore teams with regards to tickets which cannot be resolved locally
• Co-ordinate with various teams with regular issue resolutions meetings – Agency Teams, Core Teams, Management and Offshore Teams
• Liaise with key users to identify and understand critical requirements (including reporting requirements) and enhancements
• Help with the setup of new users and confidential information within Publicis Altair (SAP) Eco-System , including security administration and maintaining user groups
• Support the relevant teams when they are implementing new company structures, mergers and acquisitions
• Involvement in various projects set out in the Groupe’s Application Program Strategy

Qualifications

Essential Applications and Skills

• PPM Operational Background such as Adobe Workfront
• SAP
• Finance background
• Experience with providing systems support to large number of users or agencies
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Fluent Polish and English

Important, but not essential

• Experience in advertising or other marketing firms would be beneficial
• Knowledge of how agencies and media companies work is a plus
