EPAM Systems is seeking an expert leader to blend strategic people management with a strong SAP Logistics background. If you have led unit heads, practice leads, or CoE leads and want to drive business development while managing key client relationships, we want to hear from you.

You will lead SAP Logistics operations, build and guide global teams, and oversee hiring, staffing, and performance. You will craft proposals and ensure delivery excellence with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 7+ years of proven SAP Logistics leadership experience on large, complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-facing abilities; proficient English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee SAP Logistics operations and teams across locations.
• Build and nurture high-performance SAP Logistics teams globally.
• Support lifecycle hiring, staffing utilization, performance and promotions.
• Draft proposals and statements of work for SAP projects with IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain expert SAP Logistics knowledge and ensure best practices.
