Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner with Salesforce expertise to shape key employee and operations experiences in an international environment.

You will translate user needs into practical solutions, own backlog priorities, contribute to the product vision and roadmap, and collaborate with stakeholders across countries. This role is not hands-on development; the focus is leveraging Salesforce to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Product Owner/PM/BA or Salesforce consultant role with a strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and backlog management.
• Good English and Polish communication for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Manage the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning and long-term development strategy
• Analyze user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives
