Job summary

The role will establish global standards, provide actionable business insights, and align regional operations with the global sales framework. Expertise in pricing analytics, CRM platforms, and sales compensation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in commercial operations or selling roles.
• Experience leading in a matrixed global organization.
• Knowledge of sales technologies and CRMs.
• Understanding of pricing analytics and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and insights for sales managers and executives to drive pricing and growth.
• Support forecasting and IBP processes with data-driven input.
• Lead target setting and territory/quota planning with regional leadership.
• Design and administer sales compensation plans with finance and HR.
• Develop training plans for sales tools and incentives.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to adopt best practices.
