Job summary

PwC Poland’s FS Consulting offers an internship where you gain hands-on experience in international projects for leading banks, supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, and business transformation initiatives, with the chance to work across consulting and risk areas.

You will join a hybrid work model, dedicate about 30 hours per week, and receive mentoring from seasoned colleagues, access to workshops and e-learning, and an option to tailor benefits; emphasis on AI tools and process

Qualifications

• Are in your 3rd year of studies or have completed higher education (regardless of field or type of institution)
• Have strong analytical skills and logical thinking abilities
• Find innovative, out-of-the-box solutions and enjoy working in a team
• Can dedicate approximately 30 hours per week to the internship program
• Are fluent in German and English (C1 or higher) and want to work in an international environment
• Are familiar with new technologies and AI-based tools in everyday work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, summarizing content)
• Enjoy improving processes and working collaboratively
