JPMorgan Chase is seeking a professional in Poland to oversee financial statements and management reporting within the External Reporting team. The role mandates a comprehensive understanding of accounting treatments and regulatory compliance while coordinating quarterly regulatory filings for the Rates business.
Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills and preferably a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. This position offers excellent exposure to interest rate trading strategies and risk management techniques.
In the External Reporting team, you will handle oversight of financial statements and management reporting, ensuring a sound control environment. You will need tounderstandand apply relevantaccounting treatments and ensurecompliance with appropriate corporate and regulatory requirements. You willcoordinatethe preparation of quarterly regulatory filings for the Rates business andvalidatebalance sheet usage and reporting.
Through this role you will keep up to date with latest regulatory findings and recommendations from all bodies, understand the market and market moves surrounding the business whilst having the ability to have valuable input over the implementation of industry standards and requirements as they change.The role also provides an excellent opportunity to learn and gain an in-depth understanding of Interest Ratetrading strategies and risk management techniques via exposure to one of the highest ranked Rates trading desks across the industry.The Global Rates business trades a wide range of products such as Bonds, Structured Notes, CLN, Repo, Interest Rate Swaps and FX forwards across EMEA, APAC and North America.
