You will coordinate internal and external collaborators, manage pilots and technology evaluations, and translate business needs into structured projects and work packages.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years in technical project management or R&D roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of open innovation projects across global transformer business.
• Coordinate collaboration with startups, universities, and external partners.
• Drive pilots, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations with measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into structured projects and work packages.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources while balancing multiple initiatives.
• Ensure KPI tracking, milestones, and risk management across projects.
