Qualifications

• Significant senior-level quality experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Proficient in structured problem solving including RCA, CAPA, and FMEA.
• Experience analyzing customer complaints and quality data.
• Strong understanding of statistics applied to manufacturing problems.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complaints, incidents, and data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Link customer needs with product specs and manufacturing processes.
• Lead structured investigations using RCA, FMEA, and related methods.
• Use statistics to distinguish signals from variation and set priorities.
• Drive cross-functional improvements from definition to verified results.
• Provide hands-on support to manufacturing sites for complex issues.
• Identify product quality risks and strengthen preventive controls.
• Support quality audits, maturity assessments and standardization.
• Contribute to major business and digital transformation initiatives impacting quality.
• Share learnings across the quality community.
