Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits to ensure QMS compliance.
• Review NCPs and drive corrective actions with documented evidence.
• Maintain and support QMS ERP data and device calibration records.
• Analyze non-conformities and customer feedback to identify root causes and improvements.
• Support calibration and audit documentation and ensure timely closure of actions.
