Job summary

ZF Group in Poland offers a Trainee Program in the Global Purchasing Department to start your career in an international setting. You will join a global team, assist with confidentiality agreements, and cooperate with buyers, development, quality, logistics and other functions.

You will contribute to data analysis and aim to support department goals while developing essential purchasing skills. The program is 15 months, starts on site, and then moves to a hybrid model with home office options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
• Analytical skills with attention to details.
• Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 for everyday business communication).
• Availability to work full-time.
• Good knowledge of other language (German, Spanish or other) - nice to have.
• B-category Driving License - nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a global purchasing team and actively experience the area of Global Commodity Purchasing.
• Assistance in requesting and tracking confidentiality agreements.
• Participation in subtasks in coordination with other buyers, specialists and cross-functional areas such as development, quality, logistics, project management and cost engineering.
• Independent evaluation, analysis and preparation of purchasing-relevant data to achieve team and department goals.
