Job summary

ZF CV Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Commodity Buyer to develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across assigned commodities.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to mitigate risks, support new product development, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Fluent English is required, and you should have at least 2 years in procurement plus a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or commodity management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of global sourcing and supply chain best practices.
• Experience with strategic sourcing methodologies and cost modeling is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High Pressure Die Casting experience would be a plus.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply risks to support sourcing decisions.
• Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews.

• Support new product development by sourcing components.
